Getting to Dhërmi
There is no nearby airport. The nearest is Tirana International Airport, roughly a three-and-a-half to four hour drive south over the scenic Llogara Pass. You can also reach the coast via Vlorë to the north or Sarandë to the south, and another popular route is Corfu plus the ferry to Sarandë.
The coast road is the SH8, and a car is the practical way to get around the Riviera. In summer, buses and shared minibuses (furgons) run the coast road, though a car gives you the most freedom to reach the beaches and coves. There are no trains on this stretch of coast.
