SALT Green Coast

An upscale sea-facing restaurant at the Green Coast resort in Palasë, the cove just north of Drymades, a dark-wood pavilion of cushioned banquettes opening onto the palms and the Ionian, with hanging lanterns lit for the blue hour. The polished, design-led option a short drive up the coast from Dhërmi. SALT was founded in 2016 and now runs sites in Tirana and Prishtina as well as here at Green Coast Resort, plus a separate sushi concept; the kitchen covers Mediterranean cooking, seafood and sushi, and the group files it under fine dining. A club section runs alongside the restaurant for later in the evening, and tables can be booked online.
