The full-service restaurant of the Salinas Beach complex on the Dhërmi sand — a thatched, straw-lamp-lit terrace opening straight onto the palms and the water, serving Mediterranean plates and wood-fired pizza. It runs from beach lunch through to a sundowner dinner (the same beach has a separate late-night bar).
