A striking modern boutique hotel on the Dhërmi shore, its three storeys of glass-fronted rooms set back above two long terrace pools and a palm-lined garden, with the Ceraunian mountains rising behind. A beach club and bar sit just below, and the design-led rooms are calm and contemporary. The hotel's own listing runs from a 30 m² Double Deluxe Private and 35 m² infinity- and sea-view doubles up to Seaview Deluxe rooms of 40–50 m², with a mountain-view double, a triple and an executive suite besides, all arranged around an infinity swimming pool. The beachfront venues below carry the Flow name, Flow Restaurant and Flow Lounge, and the hotel also arranges executive transfers and boat, yacht, helicopter and cultural tours.

Terraced rooms open through arched glass onto sea-view balconies, and the calm, contemporary interiors make it the most upscale stay on the northern Dhërmi coast. Accor rates it five stars and names its restaurant MOSAïC and its bars MENTE, BLISS and VELA, with an infinity pool, a gym and a spa with sauna and hammam behind them. Rooms run from 26 m² Classic and Superior doubles up to a 121 m² Caesar Suite sleeping four, and there are two 50-guest meeting rooms.
