An upscale sea-facing restaurant at the Green Coast resort in Palasë, the cove just north of Drymades, a dark-wood pavilion of cushioned banquettes opening onto the palms and the Ionian, with hanging lanterns lit for the blue hour. The polished, design-led option a short drive up the coast from Dhërmi. SALT was founded in 2016 and now runs sites in Tirana and Prishtina as well as here at Green Coast Resort, plus a separate sushi concept; the kitchen covers Mediterranean cooking, seafood and sushi, and the group files it under fine dining. A club section runs alongside the restaurant for later in the evening, and tables can be booked online.

A beachfront restaurant on the Dhërmi shore serving seafood and Mediterranean cooking under arched, plant-draped verandas. Expect the likes of lobster linguine and shrimp risotto alongside the day's grilled fish. The property's own site places it along the Dhërmi pedestrian promenade, right beside the clear water of the Ionian, and describes the position as front line with sea views. It runs as a combined bar and restaurant attached to a hotel, and the facilities it lists include private beds down on the beach, umbrellas and loungers, and guaranteed parking, so a long lunch here turns into an afternoon on the sand without moving.

A polished beach club and restaurant on the Dhërmi shore, with sunbeds and a boardwalk running down to the water and a whitewashed, plant-filled dining room behind. It works equally well for a daytime swim-and-lunch or an unhurried dinner. There is a bar on site and free Wi-Fi, the kitchen runs through to late-night food, and the room is listed as suiting solo diners as readily as groups, casual and cosy rather than formal. It takes reservations and cards, is good for kids, and unusually for this stretch of coast there is plenty of parking, free both on site and on the street.
