A family-run restaurant up in the old village, trading the beach for a hilltop setting and sweeping views over the coast. The cooking keeps to traditional Albanian and Greek-influenced Himarë recipes, best enjoyed slowly as the sun drops. It sits inside a larger property that its own site puts in the heart of Dhërmi's mountains, 37 rooms and suites set within the old stone village, with an infinity pool, a spa and a second kitchen, Zymo Traditional Restaurant, alongside the main dining room. The house style is described as seasonal ingredients and local produce in simple Mediterranean dishes, guided by tradition and given a modern, thoughtful treatment. Reservations are taken.
